6.Customizable: This product can be designed with different specifications according to customer needs. 1.Conveyor belt: There are two types of conveyor belts: belt conveyor belt and adjustable frame conveyor belt. The belt conveyor belt is made of PVC or rubber composite material, with seamless belt interface, smooth and wear-resistant surface (friction coefficient ≤ 0.3), and tensile strength ≥ 1000MPa. The adjustable frame conveyor belt uses a plastic shoe rack with a shoe rack-like design. Each support point can be independently adjusted in height (± 5mm) to suit different shoe types. 2.Transmission system: Equipped with variable frequency speed regulating motor (power 0.75-3KW), speed range 0.5-10m/min infinitely adjustable, supports forward and reverse rotation and emergency stop function. 1.Unique appearance design, the oven can be set in different positions according to different shoe models, the process is variable, and the temperature is independently controlled. 2.Precise temperature control: The PID algorithm is used to adjust the infrared heating module, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C, ensuring that the glue is bonded at the optimal viscosity (usually 80-120°C) to avoid deformation of the shoe material or loose adhesion due to overheating. 3.Fast curing: Infrared rays directly penetrate the sole material (such as EVA, rubber), stimulating the molecular chain cross-linking reaction, and the curing time is shortened by 60%-70% compared with the traditional steam oven process. A single bonding cycle can be compressed to within 30 seconds. Infrared irradiation allows the glue to penetrate into the upper and outsole, making the bonding effect more firm and uniform. 4Double-layer independent temperature control system: Each layer is equipped with an independent infrared heating module and temperature sensor to ensure accurate matching of heating curves of different materials, with a temperature difference of ≤±1°C. The double-layer synchronous process shortens the laminating time from 30 seconds in the traditional process to 8-12 seconds, increasing production capacity by 3 times. 5.Fast heating: It takes about 5 minutes for the oven to heat from room temperature to the operating temperature of 65℃. 6.Energy-saving design: The oven is controlled by S.C.R.
